BINGE: to excessively do something

It's interesting to me how so many of us will...
Binge shop, binge eat, binge Netflix, binge drink, binge social media, binge football; yet we seldom if ever binge Jesus.

I'm convicted. What does it say about where are hearts are? What does is really mean if I call myself a Christian yet my behavior does not line up with what the Bible teaches about how believers live? That's a problem.

Are you ready to take some giant steps forward pursuing spiritual growth?
As Dave Ramsey would say, "are you sick and tired of being sick and tired"?

Let's BINGE on Jesus instead of the things of this broken world.
I'm ready to excessively pursue Jesus. Are you?

Let's agree to keep our eyes focused on Him!
Let's get into God's Holy Word.
Let's read the Bible, and I'm talking about more that just the "verse of the day".
Can we begin the hide God's Word in our hearts?
Let's PRAY.
Husbands and Fathers, let's lead strong as we pray over our wives and families.
Church, can we all agree to PRAY for the people in our OIKOS, every single day?

Is all of this worth the effort?
I say YES, but you'll never know until you step out in faith!

And FYI - In my life, I've met thousands of mature followers of Jesus Christ and I've never once heard any of them say, "you know Kent, I really feel like I've wasted too much of my life following Christ."

In the end, it really is all about Jesus. Let's BINGE on Him!
